Party Hire Inclusions

  • Pricing includes toilet hire, weekday delivery/pickup and all consumables
  • Based on all toilets being in one row. Pricing may increase if toilets are required to be broken into multiple small groups due to increased set up time and logistics
  • Customised quotes for 5 toilets or more
  • Payment must be received prior to delivery, invoices sent separately
  • Pricing dose not include pumping during party time. If required, a separate quote can be provided
  • Hire period is for 72 hours standard, Therefore, toilets are in place prior to event start, avoiding minimal disruption
  • Toilets must be placed within 15 metres of truck access so pump out hose can reach upon collection
  • Toilets are manually slid into position. A gap of at least 1.5 metres wide and 2.5 metres high is required through access points such as gates or garages.
  • Toilets are filled with water and chemicals once in place. Due to weight, once full, toilets will be difficult to move
  • Surcharges may apply when toilets are split over multiple locations

Frequently Asked Party Hire Questions

When you deliver it, do I have to do anything?

No, when we deliver it will be stocked with toilet paper, hand soap and filled with water. It is ready to use.

My party is in the evening – will it be dark inside the toilet?

If you position the toilet under a floodlight or spotlight you should have sufficient lighting inside. Our toilets do all include a solar-powered light though.

Is there paper towels?

There is soap and water handwash, but no paper towels are supplied.

Do I need to be home when you deliver?

Not necessarily – if there is access and you let us know where you want your toilet placed, we will still deliver your hire at your specified time, ready for your event.

How do I know how many toilets I need to hire?

For a household party hire a single toilet is sufficient for up to 50 people.

Is there a way to identify Male vs Female toilets?

We do have male and female latches on the toilets which can be switched over or customers can put removable male/female signs on the toilets themselves.

Can my party toilet be delivered out the back of my house?

Yes, as long as it is within 20 metres from the driveway – for hose length when pumping out the toilet.

What is the minimal gate clearance I need to have for a toilet to be delivered out the back?

1400mm in width, and 2400mm in height

What if I drop my phone in the toilet, can I get it back?

Our staff will try to retrieve your phone once the toilet is next pumped out. But unfortunately we cannot guarantee we will find it or you will want to use it again if we do. So always be very careful if you have your phone with you in a portable toilet.

    Thanks for this great service of upmarket toilets for our workers. The price is very reasonable, the cheapest we’ve had so far, but the service and quality is of gold star grade. I must say the ladies don’t mind visiting this toilet as well, as they normally turn their nose up at the other dirty smelly one’s and usually go to the closest shopping centre, and waste valuable time off their work, so thanks Viking Rentals for making a cleaner, safer working environment and a great service.
